We know meeting someone for the first time can be frightening, and going to a new church for the first time can be nerve-racking. We want to make sure that you feel like a part of the family when you come to visit us!

Our Mission is “Growing Generations of disciple-makers Through Caring and Connecting.” We desire to empower the next generation of believers to become disciples of Christ and to invest in their parents to equip the parents to be the chief disciple-makers of their children. We are generational-focused and believe that all generations can come together to aid in the growth of each other. We are better together, not alone.

We have one service on Sundays at 9:30 am. During this time there is Children’s Church and Nursery provided.

HOW LONG IS OUR CHURCH SERVICE?
In total, a Bixby FWB service is about 60 minutes in length. We start with our first call to worship. Bixby FWB’s worship is modern in style. We believe in freedom during worship and invite you to join us in lifting up the Lord in whatever way you are led. We also believe in the Word of God and that every sermon should be curating what God has told us and focused on helping the believer increase in their relationship with God.
WHAT’S IS OUR CULTURE LIKE?
Our goal is that from the first time you walk in the door you feel part of the community. We want you to feel welcomed and important. With that being said, we are a “casual come as you” church. That means we want you to wear whatever is comfortable. Come as you are and expect to feel welcomed as part of the community.
WHAT ABOUT MY KIDS?
We have activities and classes for kids of all ages. Our nursery (birth-18 months) is by the exit to our annexes, and our Children’s Church area is in the annexes behind our main building. In these locations, there will be a registration and check-in area. Your family’s security and safety are of our utmost importance. Further, ALL of our staff and volunteers go through extensive background checks and training. If you have any trouble finding your way around our greeters will be more than happy to take you to where you need to go.
